Anything that occurs on your server is the sole responsibility of the renter of the server.

We reserve the right to terminate your service or raise rates with or without warning, but we will try a good-faith effort to contact you and give you options if we need to either shut down your server permanently, or raise pricing due to upstream providers raising rates. PayPal will not allow us to raise rates without contacting you first, so rest assured and changes in pricing will be brought to your attention!

To cancel your subscription, simply log into your PayPal account, and cancel the recurring subscription. If you no longer have access to that PayPal account or would rather do it through us, contact our billing at billing@vpscraft.net to cancel the server for you.
